I am a father; I am a son. I am a sinner; I am a saint. I am a lover; I am a fighter. I am twisted; I am straight. I am a killer; I am a protector. I am ominous; I am auspicious. I am passionate; I am melancholy. I am free, but I am taken. I am not sick, but I am not well. The lines are blurred between pain and pleasure. I walk the tightrope amidst sanity and insanity. My happiness sometimes brings others sadness. There are many things I fear
about life, but only one thing I fear about death. There is something magical about the unconditional love of a dog, the innocent laughter of a child, and getting lost in the beauty and depths of a woman’s eyes. ~CCII
A MESSAGE FROM CLAUDIO...
Personally, I believe in helping anyone who is willing to help themselves.
I believe in the Golden Rule of treating others the way we want others to treat us. I take it a step further and believe in treating others the way we want others to treat our loved ones.
I believe our words absolutely matter, but our actions define who we are.
What we do when we think no one is watching speaks volumes about our character.
I've honed my leadership skills throughout my life and over many different paths.
I learned the value of a dollar and the importance of customer service working in my father's salon on weekends starting at 9 years old.
At the age of 17, I got my first managerial job at a frozen yogurt store, learning the importance of perishable items, scheduling, and diverse personalities.
In my early to mid-twenties I was briefly the division manager of a waterproofing company before learning sales & finance managing in the automobile industry, where I learned a great deal about competing products, and the importance of money management.
My late twenties and early thirties were all about managing the school of hard knocks!
Life started over for me in my mid-thirties when I became a Casino Dealer in the casino industry, then a Casino Supervisor, then ultimately a Casino Manager. I spent over 11 years in the billion-dollar, casino industry before deciding to move on into writing and publishing.

WHEN FLOWERS BLOOM: A laugh out loud and heartfelt romantic comedy
After Nicolas’ bleak dating life has reached its peak, his best friend wants to set him up with one of his co-workers, Viviana, a dazzling and feisty, Brazilian girl. Prior to being introduced, though, and unbeknownst to them, Nicolas and Viviana actually “meet” in a rather compromising way. This prompts them to cut through the normal B.S. and pretention of getting to know someone with a rather blunt, awkward, and failed, first date. A chance meeting at a vending machine leads them to a successful, impromptu, second date. Nicolas is thoughtful and charming, but as their relationship progresses, he just can’t seem to keep his foot out of his mouth. This causes Nicolas and Viviana to have a few misunderstandings between them, so he fatefully seeks the advice of a wise, old florist, Miss Rhondra, to help him through his struggles. But just when their relationship couldn’t be any better, Viviana is faced with a decision that could end it all, bringing their love story to a great, desperate, and unexpected, climactic conclusion.
When Flowers Bloom offers an unflinching look at some of the more awkward, intricate, and often hysterical complexities of romance. It is a funny and heartfelt, romantic comedy about the odd way that love works. It delves into, and offers a deeper, more focused look at being in a relationship than most other comedies. It is quite amusing along the way.
